Turbulence Training at Home

Many workout programs require an expensive gym membership or overpriced, poorly constructed brand-name equipment.

Turbulence Training is different. No expensive gym membership is required and there’s no special brand name equipment to buy. Everything needed to get in shape with this awesome program is available at sporting goods and discount stores, but most fitness enthusiasts will already have the needed items in their home.

The first piece of equipment needed for an effective fat-blasting workout at home is a high step. The step should be tall enough that the knee is bent 90 degrees when stepping up. Stairs, benches, and sturdy chairs can all be used in place of an expensive fitness step.

The second piece of equipment needed is dumbbells. The turbulence training review dumbbells should be light enough to allow good form over eight reps but heavy enough that the reps are challenging. If dumbbells aren’t already part of the home gym inexpensive, used ones can often be found by asking friends and relatives, or searching local websites like Craigslist and Freecycle.
